👑 THE AWAKENING OF THE INNER QUEEN 👑

This past year was an awakening of the queen archetype within myself. Powerful, but not easy.

There is a major uprise in the demand for freedom in reaction to the restrictions and the control that we have been undergoing the past few years. Freedom seems to be a magic solution to all our problems.

It is said that with great freedom comes great responsibility.

In my opinion, humanity has proven that it isn't ready for this freedom yet. We haven't yet matured in our sovereignty. We are still ruled by our deep rooted fears and unconscious traumas. We see a lot of wounded children speaking, demanding freedom but unwilling to take on the real responsibilities and consequences that come with this kind of freedom.

The embodiment of the inner queen of king has proven to be a challenge, an initiation. It's not easy to be a queen or king of your inner world and life. It's not easy to make decisions based on inner authority, because it demands you to break out of the conditioning that is based on your unconscious mother and father wound.

A true king or queen is not afraid to choose or to decide. A sovereign being knows that actions and decisions have consequences. They are not afraid to loose emotional safety, recognition or love from others.

A great king or queen does not only consider their own needs. They act according to what is in the best interest of everyone, not just for themselves.

It's a very powerful archetype that will enrich your life and help te world transition into a new phase.

There's so much to say about the past 2 years.

There was a lot of fear.
There was a lot of control.
There was a lot of anger.
There was a huge amount of complaining.
There was a lot of discussion about hidden agendas or conspiracies.
There were choices to be made.
There were judgments from both camps.
There were things lost and found.

I consider all of these energies as part of our collective unconscious. Our psyches are stuffed with repressed shadow that is triggered by events such as a global pandemic. Nothing can be triggered that hasn't been lingering inside us for years, decades, generations. We were all living in different degrees based on patterns shaped by fear and control.

Let me inform you about the inner transformation that unfolded within myself, while witnessing the world around me loose itself in fear, anger and control.

I was initiated into a cycle of death and rebirth.
It wasn’t easy, to say the least, but I wouldn't change anything about the whole process.

I truly believe the only way out of our collective mess is through our individual transformations. It’s easy to point a finger outwards, at each other, at our leaders, at dark hidden powers. That is operating from your wounded inner child.

When we dare to feel it’s all inside of us (especially what we judge in others), transformation can begin. No one can save us. No one can fix ‘it’. You have the power to change inside yourself.

As I am surfing the waves of contraction and expansion, I needed to confirm for myself that everything is ok.

There's is time.
You don't have to know the answers right away.
It doesn’t have to be perfect, ever.

There's time.
You have a whole life to live.
There is no urgency at all.

You can rest.
It's safe to feel everything.
It’s not a setback, it’s an update and a deepening.

Give it space. Let it soften.
You can just be and breathe.

Let the pendulum slowly find a still point.
Let it slowly find a balance between doing and being.

You're all right.
You are beautiful.

EMBRACING FEAR

As I was hearing myself babling during my most recent session with @ayla_verheijen, I started to realise that many of my questions didn't even need to be answered. It was just yet another way to create some form of control.

Fears show up in so many different ways.
Most fears are here to help us to feel safe.
Most fears are here to protect us from pain that is already there, deep inside of us.

When you can handle your pain, there's nothing left to fear.

But, there is pain left to feel.
Invite yourself to feel the next layer.
Love yourself through it!

Stepping into the unknown, letting myself be rebirthed into something completely new.

Ik ben getuige geweest van een uiteenlopende waaier aan reacties om mijn nieuw avontuur. Controle loslaten en het even niet weten is geen populaire boodschap. Ik besef dat het 'niet normaal' is om te stoppen zonder concreet plan voor het nieuwe. Ik besef dat ik nog meer zal moeten loslaten en achterlaten dan ik initieel voor ogen had.

En toch is dit het enige wat ik op dit moment kan doen. Op het ritme van mijn lichaam, op het ritme van mijn impulsen het nieuwe laten ontstaan.

De keuze klopt en voelt krachtig. De onzekerheid is soms lastig te hanteren. In het nu, in mijn lichaam ankeren is het enige wat ik heb. Embodiment is key!

En af en toe terugkijken naar Frozen II, omdat Elsa dit zo mooi belichaamt. Het proces van geroepen worden, volgen en herboren worden in hetzelfde maar anders.

Dit is zonder twijfel de meest lastige en kwetsbar

Dit is zonder twijfel de meest lastige en kwetsbare post die ik ooit heb gemaakt. Het voelt als een 'coming out' op vele niveaus tegelijk.

Ik ben me er van bewust dat een deel van deze info kan binnenkomen als een schok, zeker als ik je heb mogen begeleiden als een cliënt in de afgelopen jaren.

Ik spreek mijn waarheid, een waarheid waarvan ik me ten volle bewust ben geworden in de afgelopen weken en maanden (dankzij het discours in het medische en psychologische veld).

De job titel die ik jaren met trots heb gedragen en het werk dat ik met veel liefde heb gedaan, past niet meer bij mij in de huidige vorm.

Ik voel nog steeds pijn en rouw als ik deze zin typ, lees en uitspreek.
Het is een loslaten van een identiteit die me niet meer toebehoort.
